Ladies Club Championships – Round 2 Recap
The 2026 Ladies Club Championships are building towards an exciting conclusion, with outstanding performances across all grades and several tightly contested leaderboards heading into the final rounds.
Ladies Open Club Championship
Jessie Yun has delivered a remarkable performance over the opening 36 holes, posting a record total of 137 (11-under par) to establish a commanding seven-shot lead over Melanie Dissanayake.
Yun’s consistency and ability to convert opportunities have set a new benchmark in the championship, but with the pressure of Champions Day looming, all eyes will be on whether she can finish the job.
The top four players in the Open grade will progress to the third and final round on Champions Day this Saturday, where the 2026 Ladies Open Club Champion will be crowned.
A Grade Championship
In A Grade, Aam Moss holds a three-shot advantage over Celina Pak heading into the final round on Tuesday.
With one round remaining, Moss is well positioned, but Pak remains within striking distance in what promises to be a competitive finish.
B Grade Championship
The B Grade title is finely balanced, with Deb Clarke holding a slender one-shot lead over Julie Neave as they prepare for Tuesday’s deciding round.
With so little separating the leaders, B Grade could come down to the final few holes.
C Grade Championship
In C Grade, Jina Evans carries a two-shot lead over Megan Spackman into the final round.
Evans has put herself in a strong position, but with plenty on the line, the final round will demand composure and consistency.
We look forward to crowning three Club Champions on Tuesday, followed by the prestigious Ladies Open Club Champion on Champions Day this Saturday.
Best of luck to all players still in contention — we can’t wait to see how the championships unfold.
